Rincon Fantasy Sports is a draft and lineup tool. It simulates fantasy football drafts and seasons and reports what those simulations found. It is an aid to your own judgement and nothing more.
Every number in this app — projections, availability percentages, simulated point totals, championship odds — is a model output, not a prediction of what will happen. Football is not predictable at the resolution these numbers are printed to. We show margins of error where we can precisely because the numbers should not be read as certainties.
You get no guarantee of any result, fantasy or otherwise. Draft decisions are yours. If the app says a player will probably be there and he is not, that is the model being wrong, which it will sometimes be. Use your own judgement.
Player projections, notes and average draft position come from public sources and our own modelling, and are refreshed on a best-effort basis. They can be out of date — an injury an hour before your draft will not be in here. Always check current news before a pick that matters.
An account is optional. You can use every part of Rincon without one. If you do sign in — with Apple, Google, or a code sent to your email — the account exists to keep your draft board and settings somewhere other than a single browser, and you can delete it from inside the app at any time.
There are no passwords. A Pro subscription issues a licence key. Treat that key like a password: anyone who has it can use your subscription. You may use your key on your own devices. Do not share, resell or publish it. We may deactivate a key that is being shared widely.
Rincon is provided as-is, with no uptime guarantee. It depends on services we do not control (Sleeper, ESPN, Yahoo, our AI provider). When those are unavailable the app falls back to working offline from its built-in data wherever it can. Features may change or be withdrawn.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, [BUSINESS NAME] is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of Rincon, and total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
You must be at least 13 to use Rincon, and at least 18 to buy a subscription.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be noted by the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Rincon after a change means you accept it.
These terms are governed by the laws of [STATE/COUNTRY], and disputes will be handled in the courts of [JURISDICTION].
Signed out, there is very little to collect: your draft board and league settings live in your own browser and are never sent to us. Signing in is optional and adds exactly two things — your email address, and a copy of that same draft board so it survives a new phone. We hold a licence key and a usage counter. Payment details go to Stripe and we never see your card. No analytics, no advertising, no tracking.
Stored in your browser's local storage: your draft board, your marked players, your league settings and scoring, your seat, your targets and pinned picks, your committee plans, your fitted-league data, and your licence key. Signed out, none of it is ever transmitted to us. Signed in, a copy is saved to your account — that copy is the point of the account, and it is described below.
Sign-in is optional and nothing in the app is locked behind it. If you use it:
Sign-in and that row are handled by Supabase, our database provider, acting on our instructions. We never see a password, because there isn't one. Your session is held in a cookie your browser's own scripts cannot read, and no sign-in token is ever stored in the page.
Deleting it is one tap. Open the account panel and choose Delete my account: the saved row and the login go, immediately, and what is on your phone stays on your phone.
We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. We do not sell data. There is nobody to sell it to and nothing worth selling.
Most questions are answered entirely on your device and nothing leaves it. When a question genuinely needs language reasoning, we send to our AI provider (Anthropic): your question, your current roster and league settings, and — when you ask from the planner — your simulation results. No name, no email, no licence key and no device identifier are included. Anthropic processes it under their terms and Rincon does not use your questions to train anything.
Connecting Sleeper, ESPN or Yahoo is entirely at your request. Sleeper is read directly from your browser and does not pass through us. Yahoo uses official OAuth; the resulting token is kept in a secure cookie in your own browser, is never readable by page scripts, and we store no copy of it. ESPN credentials you paste stay on your device. Disconnecting or clearing your browser data removes all of it.
Stripe handles payment and holds your card details and billing email. Rincon never sees or stores a card number. From Stripe we keep your customer and subscription identifiers, your email, the plan and its status — enough to know your subscription is live and to support you if something goes wrong. Stripe's own privacy policy governs what they hold.
Usage counters are kept only as long as needed to enforce the limits and are swept regularly. Subscription records are kept while your subscription is active and afterwards for as long as tax and accounting rules require. An account and its saved board are kept until you delete them.
You can delete everything held on your device by clearing your browser storage, and everything held in an account with Delete my account in the app. To ask what is held against your licence key, or to have it deleted, email us — see below. Depending on where you live you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete personal data, and to object to processing. We will honour those.
Rincon is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Cancel whenever you like from the billing link on your Stripe receipt. You keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for, then it stops. Nothing further is charged. You do not need to talk to anyone.
Refunds go back to the card you paid with, usually within five to ten business days depending on your bank.
You never need a subscription to draft with Rincon. The free tier is a complete draft tool: the draft board and its recommendations, unlimited mock drafts, live Sleeper sync and ESPN/Yahoo league import, weekly start/sit, and a real planner run (60 simulated drafts per strategy). Most assistant questions are answered on your own device at no cost and without a subscription.
Pro adds full-depth planning, pricing any pick against the same simulated rooms, drafting against your own leaguemates' real history, the week-by-week fit analysis, the printable draft guide, championship odds, and the AI assistant.
If the price changes, existing subscribers keep their current price for at least the remainder of the term they have paid for, and we will tell you before any renewal at a new price.
