Your leaguemates draft the same way every year. Read their past drafts and the mock and planner face them instead of generic opponents.
Find the league ID in your ESPN league URL — …?leagueId=123456. Public leagues need nothing else.
Private league, on a computer? Install the free Rincon ESPN League Sync add-on and this becomes one button — no cookies to copy, nothing to find on GitHub. Chrome or Edge.
Download the add-on- Download it, then unzip it. You get a folder called rincon-espn-sync.
- Go to chrome://extensions — type that in the address bar.
- Turn on Developer mode, top right.
- Click Load unpacked and choose the rincon-espn-sync folder.
- Sign in at espn.com in this same browser.
- Come back here and reload this page — the button appears above.

No login, no cookies, nobody else involved. Open your league's draft results (or any page listing rosters), select the text, copy it, and paste it below. It reads any format — ESPN, Yahoo, Sleeper, even a text from a leaguemate — because it looks for player names, not layout.

You need a computer once, to read the two cookies — but you can then send them to yourself and paste them here on your phone, and this is where they go. Doing it on a laptop does not mean you have to draft on a laptop.
- On a computer, sign in at espn.com.
- Press F12 (Mac: ⌥⌘I) to open developer tools.
- Application tab → Cookies in the left list → https://www.espn.com.
- Find espn_s2 and copy its Value — it is very long, take all of it.
- Find SWID and copy its Value, curly braces included.
They stay on your device and are sent only to ESPN to read your league — never stored on our servers. They last about a year, so expect to redo this roughly once a season, or sooner if you sign out of ESPN. ESPN has no official API, so this route can break without warning.
Yahoo has an official API — sign in once with Yahoo and your leagues load automatically.

Scoring
Sync a Sleeper league and we read these off it. Otherwise set them here — points are recalculated from each player's projected stat line, not converted from a total.
Mock draft
Rehearse the real thing: nine bots draft around you off real ADP, with a different board every run. Your recommendations, cost-of-waiting and committee panel all work live — and at the end you get graded against the other teams.

Ranks defenses of this week's biggest home favorites. Uses the-odds-api.com — free key at their site (500 calls/mo historically). Without a key you still get the Week-1 guide below and the home-favorite rule.

Who should I drop?
Your bench, weakest first — the cut candidate when you need a spot. Draft some players first.
Draft planner
A mock draft shows you one outcome. This runs the whole draft hundreds of times from your seat, so you can see who is actually likely to be there at each of your picks, and which opening holds up across a lot of drafts rather than one lucky one.
The printed guide carries your plan, contingencies, targets and a tiered cheat sheet with boxes to cross players off. On iPhone use Share → Print, then pinch out on the preview to save it as a PDF.
Ask your assistant
Ask anything about your team — start/sit, trades, waivers, your title path. Draft questions (who to take, who will still be there, cost of waiting, byes, your plan) are answered instantly from your own board at no cost; only questions that need real judgement use AI credit.
